Meet Your Doctors

Dr. Tara Cully and Dr. Reg Cully both completed their respective professional training programs in Houston, TX, in 2011. Since then, they have devoted their careers to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care throughout Central Texas. Both are active members of the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain. Dr. Tara Cully restricts her practice to managing craniofacial pain and dental sleep conditions. Dr. Reg Cully has advanced training in myofascial release and rehabilitation therapies, focusing his practice on treating whole-body pain, posture correction, sports injuries, whiplash, and post-concussive conditions. The Cully's have called Boerne home since 2019, where they are raising their two children.
